Interior Design

This property had been through numerous incarnations as an economy segment property. Located in an upscale, high-growth area, the owner aimed to re-brand and renovate the tired interior before re-entering the highly competitive local market.

The result is a surprisingly chic and sophisticated interior highlighted by dark mahogany and espresso-colored furniture, cream and chocolate walls and soft good accented with splashes of tomato red. Prints of artwork by Picasso, Matisse and Pollock grace walls throughout the property.  Other elegant materials include satin chrome and antique silver hardware and granite veined with onyx, chocolate and ruby used in the front desk and public area breakfast surfaces.
